You may select one or all the tours. The cost of each tour covers transportation, admission fees and lunch, if indicated. Our organization must pay fees in advance and cannot accept cancellations once reservations are made. If you cannot go on a trip, another person may use that reservation with the registration receipt. Refunds are made only for health emergencies or if the trip is cancelled. The school office needs to know the names of any substitutes for the final trip roster. If you find a substitute, they can reimburse you for the trip.
Depending on weather conditions, buses tend to be on the cool side, please bring a light jacket or cover-up, if you feel you may be uncomfortable.
The meeting place for all trips is the main entrance (front door) of United Methodist Church of Sun City Center. Please plan to arrive 20 minutes before departure time.
Before boarding the bus, pick up your name tag in the lobby and your name will be checked off on the trip roster.
Don’t forget to arrive 20-30 minutes before departure time! Return to church time is the time you will be back at the church. Note: Return times are approximate. Depending on weather and traffic conditions, it could be later.
